I bring a sense of humor and compassion to my work with clients.  Your issues may, of course, be serious but sometimes humor can help bring a needed perspective.  I provide counseling as well as life coaching.  I realize some people are stuck in a rut and just need 5-10 sessions to get going, but alternatively, a person might be interested in a more long term approach.  I can work with you either way.  I understand that you might feel apprehensive about the counseling process, but not to worry, I have an easy going style that greatly helps to reduce peoples' sense of unease.  I want to get to know you so we can get working!
